Artwork should be high-resolution (300 DPI recommended). Submitting artwork in these formats helps ensure the best print quality and prevents production delays.
Minimum order quantities vary by product. Most items have a minimum of 5 pieces, but some specialty items may require higher minimums. Check individual product pages for specific details.
Standard production time is 7-10 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Shipping time varies based on your location and selected shipping method.
We accept all major credit cards, Cash, Check. Payment is required before production begins.
You are welcome to supply your own garments. We recommend supplying 3% more than your desired quantities to account for any damages during production as we will not be held responsible for replacing them, however, you will not be charged for printing on any damaged items. We prefer all supplied garments to be new and unworn.

Custom printed items are non-returnable unless there is a production error on our part. We provide digital proofs for approval before production to ensure accuracy. If you receive defective items, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
